BONUS POINT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

  1. The Pacific Meeting Planner 2X Reward points offer (“Offer”) is open to ALL – Accor Live Limitless Meeting Planner members as defined under the Meeting Planner Terms and Conditions. To join the programme visit the website. 
  1. To take advantage of the Offer, ALL Meeting Planner members must register between 19 February and 31 July 2024 for the offer, prior to the meeting being held by following the instructions on the website. 
  1. This offer entitles members of ALL Meeting Planner, regardless of their membership status, to multiply by two (2) their Reward points for events held at hotels participating in the ALL Loyalty programme in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia. The bonus of Reward points is offered in addition to the Reward points and Status points earned by the member for each event as per the ALL Meeting Planner General Conditions of Use and are calculated based on the ALL Meeting Planner earn rate.  
  1. The Offer is valid for eligible meetings, events or groups which are held between 19 February 2024 and 30 September 2024, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Duration”), at any of the participating hotels in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and French Polynesia (for a list of non-participating hotels go to the website). 
  1. Each eligible event will receive an Offer of double (2X) Reward points, which will be credited to the Member’s account within 10 days of receipt of the total event invoice being paid at the participating hotel. 
  1. Your ALL Loyalty card number must be included in the hotel event contract for the event booked. The contract signatory will earn the Reward points on the total eligible spend as detailed in the Meeting Planner programme terms and conditions. 
  1. This offer can be used a maximum of five (5) times per member during the offer validity period. The first five (5) eligible events booked and held following registration for the offer will be eligible for the double Reward points credit. 
  1. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. If the Eligible Event meets the terms and conditions for several offers, only the Reward points linked to the most generous offer (the offer which allows the Member to earn the highest number of Reward points) will be credited to the Member’s account.  

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.  

Section 1: Promotion: 

  1. Promotion: Hold an eligible event, meeting or group between 19 February and 30 September 2024 (inclusive) (the Promotion Period) at any Accor property participating in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless Meeting Planner loyalty program in the Pacific, and earn double (2X) Reward points, plus go in the draw to win one (1) monthly prize, and a chance to win one (1) major prize. 

    a) Non-Participating Hotels: For a list of Accor hotels not participating in ALL go to https://all.accor.com/gb/loyalty-program/user/hotels_exception.shtml

  1. Promotion period: The promotion will commence at 12.01am (AEDT) on 19 February 2024 and will close at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30 September 2024. All times recorded throughout these terms and conditions are in Australian Eastern Daylight or Standard Time, as applicable. 

Section 2: Eligibility: 

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, the participant must during the Promotion: 

    a) be above 18 years of age; and 
    b) be a resident of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji or French Polynesia; and  
    c) be a member of the ALL Meeting Planner Loyalty Program for the duration of the Promotion; and  
    d) register for the Promotion by 31 July 2024; and 
    e) hold an eligible event, meeting or group with a minimum spend of $5,000 between 19 February 2024 and 31 September 2024 at a participating hotel in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia; and 
    f) provide the registered member’s ALL Meeting Planner membership number with every eligible event booking. 

Non-eligibility: Employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion including employees of participating hotels, and ALL members who reside in a country/region where entry into this promotion is prohibited by law, are not eligible to enter. 

Entrants are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win any Prize if they are a director or manager, an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, or an employee of their agencies associated with the Promotion.  

Section 3: Entry to the Promotion: 

  1. To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must: 

    a) hold an eligible event, meeting or group with a minimum spend of $5,000 (in the local currency of the participating hotel) between 19 February 2024 and 30 September 2024 at a participating hotel in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia to automatically receive one (1) entry into the following prize draws.

  1. A representative of the Promoter will conduct a computerised random draw from all eligible entries received within each Prize Draw Event Period at 10:00am AEST/AEDT at MDSA, Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 Australia on the following dates:

Major Prizes: 

  1. Draw 8 – Major Prizes: A representative of the Promoter will conduct a computerised random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period  at 10:00am AEST/AEDT at MDSA, Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 Australia on 4 October 2024. 

All nine (9) winners will be selected at random from a computer-generated listing of entries that comply with Sections 3 & 4 of these terms and conditions over the Promotion Period. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, the prize can be transferred to a person 18 years or over at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.  

Section 5: Prizes: 

Monthly Prize: 

Each eligible entrant who has held an eligible event, meeting or group during that draw month will go in the draw to win one (1) Accor Gift Card valued at $1,000 (provided as two Accor Gifts cards of $500 each) which can be used at participating hotels in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. The first eligible entry drawn from each Prize Draw Event Period will be the winner.

The winner of each monthly prize must adhere to the Accor Gift Card terms and conditions as set out at https://terms.accor.com.au/giftcards/  

Draw 8 – Major Prizes: 

There are two (2) major prizes which include the following: 

1st Prize – Paris: The first entry drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will receive; 

One (1) prize with a maximum value of AU$31, 337 and includes the following: 

  • Five (5) night’s accommodation including breakfast for four (4) people at Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg 
  • Return Economy Class airfares for four (4) people from the winner’s nearest capital city (flight associated taxes are included) based on their residency in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji or French Polynesia 

2nd Prize – The Maldives: The second entry drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will receive; 

One (1) prize with a maximum value of $AU29,128 and includes the following: 

  • Five (5) night’s accommodation including breakfast for four (4) people at Mövenpick Resort Kuredhivaru Maldives 
  • Return Economy Class airfares for four (4) people from the winner’s nearest capital city (flight associated taxes are included) based on their residency in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji or French Polynesia 

The winners of the major prizes must adhere to the following conditions: 

  • The hotel stay is subject to hotel availability and black-out dates may apply.  
  • The prize winner must take their hotel stay by 30 October 2025.   
  • Flights are subject to availability and the airline carrier subject to the promoter’s choice. 
  • There can be no changes to travel arrangements once tickets have been issued or accommodation bookings once the reservation is confirmed. 
  • No Status or Reward points will be earned by the member on any component of the hotel stay. 

Section 6: Prize Value: 

  • There are a total of nine (9) prizes to be awarded with a maximum notional value of AU$67,465 
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a Prize.  
  • Values are based on the recommended retail value and exchange rate at the time of publication.  

Section 7: General Prize Conditions:  

Each Prize is subject to the following conditions:  

a) A Prize can be transferred to a person 18 years or over at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. However, it cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If for any reason, a Prize Winner cannot take any component of the Prize and he/she does not wish to transfer the Prize, then the Prize will be forfeited; 

b) If a Prize or receipt incurs a tax liability, the Prize Winner is liable for payment of such tax; 

c) All components of the prize must be taken together. Travel restrictions may apply. The winner and their travel companions must travel together. Meals, transfer costs, tips, room service, minibar, telephone charges and any other personal expenses, (other than those specified in section 5), is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. If for any reason, the winner, or the nominated person to whom this prize is transferred to is unable to accept their prize as stated, and within the dates indicated, the winner will forfeit the prize and no compensation will be given in lieu; 

d) Accommodation and flights for the Prize winner and guests are not upgradeable. The Promoter is not responsible for additional accommodation costs including hotel damages caused by the Prize winner or their guests, room service and incidentals.

e) Unless specified, transport is not included, and if transfers are required are at the Prize Winner’s cost

f) Any travel or entry documentation such as passports, entry visas & any insurances, will be the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion. It is the winner’s responsibility to check with government travel advisory and immigration authorities regarding travel requirements and eligibility. Any fines, penalties, payments and expenditure incurred as a result of not meeting such requirements are the sole responsibility of the winner and their travel companion;

g) The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, delay or rescheduling of any element of the prize. Any costs, without limitation, incurred, will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner;

h) In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster, public health event, pandemic or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter and any associated companies involved in the Promotion, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist/apply, regarding the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner and their travel companion, to make all reasonable enquiries with all relevant government travel advisory bodies for information regarding the safety and any other situation at a prize destination or location.

i) If a prize, or any portion of the prize, is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation and subsequent approval. 

Section 8: Prize Winners: 

  1. Contact: The Promoter will contact the Prize Winners in writing within two (2) business days of the prize draws to confirm their eligibility under these terms and conditions and to confirm whether the Prize Winner wishes to claim their Prize. The Prize Winners will be announced on all.com, for a minimum of 28 days from;

  1. Claim of Prize: If a Prize Winner wishes to claim their Prize, the Prize Winner must confirm this fact and their eligibility to win under these terms and conditions within one (1) month of the applicable draw. 
  1. Redraws: Subject to applicable law, in the event that a Prize remains unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct further draw/s, following the same procedure and format as set out under the Section 4 above. The redraw, if any, will take place at the same time and location as the original draw at MDSA, Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on the following dates;

  1. Redraw Winner: The Prize Winner/s from the redraw will be notified in writing within two business days of the redraw. In the event that the Prize Winner/s is not eligible, the Promoter will conduct further redraws until the Prize/s is awarded (subject to any further regulatory directions). The Prize Winner/s, if any, will be announced at all.com for a minimum of 28 days on the dates outlined in the table included above in Section 8, Condition 10 of these Terms & Conditions. 
  1. Winner Publicity: In accepting a Prize, Prize Winners agree to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of the Promoter. Prize Winners further acknowledge that the Promoter reserves the right to publicise their name, address and photographs without any payment being made to them in respect of this Promotion.  

Section 9: General Conditions: 

  1. Lost, Delayed Communication: The Promoter will not be responsible for any delayed, lost or misdirected mail or any other communication.  
  1. Release: To the fullest extent permissible by law, each entrant in the Promotion including without limitation the Prize Winner, releases the Promoter and its affiliates (including partners providing the prizes in this Promotion) from any claim, loss, damage, expense (including any claim for legal expenses), cost or charge sustained or in any way incurred by such entrant in connection with the Prizes or their participation in the Promotion. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential and economic loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, the promotion of this Promotion, or the use of any Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any unauthorised intervention, or any combination thereof, including any non-delivery or corruption of entries to the Promoter, injury or damage to participants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this Promotion. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.  
  1. Force Majeure: Subject to State legislation the Promoter will not be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay by the Promoter that is due to an act of God, riots, acts of terrorism, storms, fire, any labour or industrial dispute, any strike, public health event, pandemic and other acts, which are not reasonably within the control of the Promoter.  
  1. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.  
  1. Privacy Notice: During the course of the Promotion, the Promoter may collect personal information in relation to entrants. This may include, but is not limited to, the names, email addresses, telephone numbers and Credit card details of the entrants, provided by the entrant on the online enquiry form, registration form or when paying for services provided by the participating Hotel. The entrant’s personal information is collected so the Promoter is able to conduct the Prize Draw and to contact and award the Prizes to the Prize Winner, to publish the results of the Promotion and to publicise the Promotion.  
  1. Consent to use of Personal Information for Marketing Purposes: Furthermore, by entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the retention and use of the information collected pursuant to Clause 19 by the Promoter, which trades as Accor, Accor Asia Pacific and the Accor Group. For details about who we are, how we may use your information and what your rights are under the new privacy laws, please see our Privacy Policy, which is available from the Promoter at the address provided in Section 1, Clause 2 or online at https://all.accor.com/security-certificate/index.en.shtml. Uses may include future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, or distribution of marketing materials for goods or services in the tourism, hospitality and services industries from the Accor Group or from companies in the tourism and hospitality industry in which the Promoter holds shares.
